PERIODONTICS

Graduate Periodontics Clinic

The Graduate Periodontics Clinic consists of 17 operatories and a resident work room with multiple computers. Each resident has his or her own operatory in which to see patients. The Clinic employs several dental assistants to help in all facets of the residency. Residents have access to the latest technology in radiographic imaging, and they work closely with residents from all other specialties. Management of complex patient needs is emphasized in the program, and facilities are present to support training in use of multiple dental implant systems, conscious sedation, implant site preparation and sinus augmentation, and all forms of periodontal surgical therapy.
